How do you count minutes of video exporting?
Minutes of video are counted for videos that are exported. You can export the video as many times as you want, we only count the minutes once.
If I run out of minutes, do I get charged for additional use automatically?
If you exceed the number of minutes in your plan, you will be required to upgrade. We will not upgrade your account automatically. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Do the minutes in my plan expire?
The counter is reset each month for monthly plans (or each year for yearly plans) according to your sign up or subscription date. Unused minutes don't carry over to the next subscription period.
What languages does Avie support?
Currently we support English language videos only.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade my plan?
You will be able to use the outstanding minutes available on your plan until the end of your prepaid period. If you have downgraded your plan, the counter will be reset to the number of minutes for your new plan in the next subscription period.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 7 days for either the Starter or Pro plan.
